• SMOKES - a report commissioned by Upper Hutt City Council and the Cancer Society of New Zealand and carried out by medical students at the University of Otago, Wellington, which surveyed park users, their smoking behaviours and attitudes towards Upper Hutt’s smokefree parks policy.
